I love dressing up my daughter's guinea pigs! These witch hats I made a couple years ago and they are made out of velvet black fabric and hot glue. I made a circle for the brim out of cardboard and then hot glued some black fabric onto it. Next was a cone to go on top and that was hot glued together. It took a few tries to get the sizing the way I liked it. Since the hats were for a photo only and not for them to wear for very long I didn't attach any elastic to keep on them. They preferred to shake the hats off but I kept their attention with a nice carrot waved in front of them! LOL
Those witches hats look fantastic. I always love the thought of people decorating on Halloween or making crafts out of pumpkins and other things. They look amazing. Quite an interesting craft.

I highly doubt, I can ever make such decent looking hats for pets. Now I really want to try my hand in art as well. I will try to share my end product pictures later. I am sure they are not going to be pretty but, now I got some motivation thanks to these cute hats!
Oh my goodness, those are so adorable! I used to own two hamsters, I've never owned guinea pigs. However, these are so neat and if I had a guinea pig I would definitely start making little outfits for them. You did a really great job on the hats, keep up the amazing work!
Those witch hats are super adorable! I know that stores where I am you do find some dress up things for small pets but nothing like this. These would be perfect for Halloween for our guinea pigs.
