Sticker Overuse in Scrapbooking?

I personally don't care for stickers lol But there is such a thing as overkill. The word I use is 'busy'. It distracts from what the whole book is about. A few here & there to point out certain details is just fine.

Yes, busy is probably a better word! I had a bunch of tiny stickers and found that they really didn't give as much embellishment as I had hoped when using them on such a large page. Maybe size matters?

I don't think there is a standard when it comes to stuff usage in scrapbooks.

As long as you want to add something, you can always do so, because it's your choice and that's all there is to it. Usually I try to fill the empty space using designs(little stars or circles surrounded by dots etc.,) and such instead of using stickers.

Well, that's how I like it and I don't really care about others opinions :D

I guess if it's done right, there really isn't a problem with a lot of stickers. The only problem is when people just add random stickers all over the pages with no proper plan.

I used to scrapbook with my stepmother many years ago. I remember we used to go to a local craft store and they would have a ton of different scrapbooking stickers to choose from. In my personal opinion, I believe it is possible to go overboard with stickers. However, it truly comes down to personal preference. If you like stickers, stick away!
