This is a short video that I used on YouTube earlier last year to get an idea of how to quickly use a load of pallets our local DIY store was throwing out. I'm not sure about other countries, but the Brits last year went a bit cuckoo with building DIY bars in their back gardens, me included! We used about five pallets to lay out an area, sanded them, primed and painted them. Then we used some left over plastic paneling we had to create the 'top' bit (where you rest your drinks on) and decorated the area around it with trellises, solar lights and flamingos - my partner loves them! A lovely lockdown project.
What do you think? Did anyone else here join in with the craze and create their own little bar?
