When we went to farm fairs, some had alpacas & goats & spun the wool right there on display. It's quite interesting to watch & I encourage people to become mesmerized with the movement of the spindle. Always reminds me of the story of Rumpelstiltskin.
Have any of you tried spinning yarn? They offered classes & just demos to people but I declined. Didn't want to mess up in front of a crowd of people lol
