Oh, so this isn't the caps per se but the rings that go around them. I've never seen a use for those before. How hard would it be to keep the zip strip on while the caps are side by side? To me, it'd be too easy for it to slide off. I've never had luck with zip strips lol
Fortunately they can be recycled if they stay on the bottle. But for people who want a Conversation Starter, this is the bag for them!

Most people unfortunately don't keep such items however they could serve to make many beautiful creations like the bag. However, such creations could reduce pollution by using them to create items.
