Guinea Pig Cross Stitch Ornament

My daughter had 2 guinea pigs and the mom died so I wanted to do a special ornament for her at Christmas and came up with this idea based on the pigs' colorings. The design is crude and they are all complete squares even though it doesn't look that way in the drawing. I added tufts of thread for their crests and my daughter thought it was so cute!

It came out quite cute! Have they gotten another guinea pig? Do you know of any other guinea pig lovers that would enjoy this?

My daughter hasn't gotten any more guinea pigs. In a way I'm glad because I'm allergic to their hay that they have to eat.

Such a product needs several days for prepare as there is a lot of pixels on the photo and also it needs some kind of creativity. So the design is quite good and impressive.

It definitely took days to complete. I'm finding that as I get older, this small type of work is tough on the eyes.
