Fire pit

While we burn trash in a barrel, I honestly never liked the smell of smoke or campfires. The smoke permeates everything lol I was not fun when we were camping LOL On the flipside, I do like watching fire burn, just like I like watching the water & nature in general. You can just get entranced with it.
Living rural, we have a lot of people who have fire pits. They have chairs or even stumps, they use to just sit around at night.

My dad wants to make a fire pit for their backyard and I think it would be great because, like you, I also get entranced with simply sitting there and watching the flames as they blow carelessly in the night breeze. Really gives a good visual of "go with the flow".

I miss having a fire pit. Unfortunately it isn't possible with living in an apartment.
