I don't like some of the pacifier clips because it seems like parts can fall off and become a choking hazard. This looks to be all crocheted:

What a wonderful idea! I don't know why mothers never thought of something like this before! I remember my older siblings having a tough time finding the binkies. Some were lost, who knows where!
Great for a baby shower gift idea!

My daughter had ONE favorite binky that the hospital gave us, and they stopped giving those out so we couldn't find a replacement!! We clung to that thing as if it were gold.
