Wind chimes

I got this idea from answering the cultural post & thinking about the sorts of things my dad makes. One is windchimes. Again, he uses items he finds around the barn. Pipes that he cleans up, sometimes paints if they are dingy looking. While I personally cannot stand windchimes, they are liken to nails on the chalkboard for me lol, he has sold several of them before. I think they are quite pretty but metal ones are loud.
These for kids wouldn't be as loud at least & are more colorful. There's always objects around the house you can use.

I think making the wind chimes with those small thin pipes can be one good weekend projects. I think a lot of folks also decorate it with various designs. So a lot of creativity can be added.

I once wanted to make a wind chime but when I calculated the cost I discovered that it was more expensive than the store-bought wind chime. I gave up the ideaa.
