These are very well done! I always loved the Little Debbie Swiss Cake Rolls when I was younger. Would peel away the chocolate first then "unroll" it lol
I think this would make a great gift for those who like to bake a lot or especially for people who run bakeries. Maybe create several of them along with other baked items to have it be a centerpiece.
