Mountain Rose Herbs is a natural/ organic company based in Oregon, USA. I order many of my teas, oils, spices, essential oils from here.
I have made perfumes, deodorants, lotions for family members. A few of them thought you just mix essential oils (EO’s) together & that’s it. There IS a science to it. Some smells don’t go good with other ones.
The roll-on perfume starts at 5:20 for those who would like to skip the science & get on with making it.
They use a base of jojoba oil as it doesn’t have a strong smell. I’ve used other carrier oils with great success. My favorite is Apricot kernel oil. It didn’t dry out my skin & the oil’s smell complemented the EO’s I used.
